I was married to an American whom I met when he came to Japan to work as a teacher at school in Tokyo (and we divorced later).
For many years, I helped him with miscellaneous issues of living in Japan such as his apartment rental agreement, renewal of resident status, employment issues, etc.
I went through the procedures for marriage, childbirth, and divorce that involved the local government, Embassy, and court proceedings.
I also have over thirty years of experiences working with foreigners in Japan and abroad in the field of education, overseas assistance, overseas recruitment, and etc.
Using that knowledges and experiences, I am writing article on Japanese society, customs, culture, work, and also interracial romance & dating.
